So through now Barilko, Fuzzy, and Monkey are the only ones that don't already have 4 running backs and Treff is the only one without 4 wide receivers.
Well I'd rectify that if y'all would hurry and get out back to me

I'm going to be comparing my team to @averagejoe's team here, since we both picked at the #1 spot. Early glance, I think I have the better team so far.

That's fine.
You should know that with suicide, I look at games played.
In my first 8 picks, the only players who missed time the last 3 seasons was Edelman (7) and Walker (3).
The rest haven't missed a game.
That's important to me.

I'd probably agree, albeit ever so slightly. But in the interest of fairness, Joe didn't have the luxury of being in a draft where there was a run on defenses rounds 7-10, nor will he be afforded the luxury of an inexplicable run on kickers in round 12..

Not necessarily an apples to oranges comparison, but obviously different circumstances the lead to the teams makeups

Well, it's hard for me to judge that because we drafted a different position for each of the first 5 rounds, so we were just on different mind sets. Although I probably would have drafted Allen Robinson instead of Brady in the 4th if you didn't take him first.
i passed him for Hopkins in the 3rd and was targeting him in the 4th when Sam took him well at least i know if Sam didnt get me you would have....

i think that is better

Here's what I did by comparison...

1. DJ
2. Lamar Miller (snagged right before you)
3. Cooper
4. Travis Kelce
5. Landry (the turn after you took him)
6. Gore (also the turn after you took him)
7. Larry Fitzgerald
8. Derek Carr
9. Brandon Marshall
10. Jeremy Hill
11. Randall Cobb
12. Alex Smith
13. NYG Defense
14. Some kicker

I also tried to go with "safe" players without an injury history, especially early on. I think we had a similar plan, and even share 4 players. But, the game is not played on paper. Good luck to you, buddy.

Not me Sammy- A kicker in the 12th is a perfectly good strategy.

DST has more value in this league. Normally i'd be happy to wait until round 13 and just grab a top 10 D off the WW later, but that is not an option here.

Disagree.
Having players still playing by week 12 is what is valuable.
Even a bad defense is likely to get you points any given week.
