Is this based on percieved future NFL potential or something?

It certainly is not based on proven college production, considering Rashaun Gary is in the top 10

Wasn't Jalen Hurts a true freshman last season? Don't think he'll be eligible for next year's draft.

Can't be. Lamar Jackson and Baker Mayfield are top 4. They don't scream NFL QB talents.

I don't know. Justin Jackson has more rushing yards than any RB in the country and he is #108. Royce Freeman is #60. Neither RBs for Iowa or Iowa State made the list and both have had a great season. I get that Chubb has had injuries, but he should still be in the top 100 IMO. Iowa's Wadley had over 1,000 as the #2 back for Iowa and the ISU RB had 1,300 yards 2 seasons ago.

And I just mentioned a few RBs.

Yea. I can agree with some of it, but there are definitely some odd spots. I guess it probably is hard to come up with a top 150 list that makes sense to everyone when there are so many team/players in Division 1 though.

True. I wouldn't have done near as good. I don't want to criticize too much. Justin Jackson was the only one that I was surprised by off the top of my head. The others that I named in my previous posts can be understood why they didn't get higher, or even why they went unranked.
