It was all Patrick Beverly's fault.

Cast all aspersions on him.

He is the albatross.

So James Harden turned the ball over and made mostly bad decisions, his line was terrible for him. As the pressure built and the series was on the line, good old pop had James Harden reeling. But more than that i think James Harden caved to the pressure. I would have rather seen him shoot then end up with 11 shots. WTF? Anyway the Spurs are the superior team from top to bottom. WCF should be interesting.
Wasn't Harden's fault - He simply didn't have enough help - outside of Trevor Ariza who is a decent player, but not a super - star, Harden is really the only super-star. If you want to make a chicken casserole, you need a good chicken - chicken shit won't get the job done. Then there is the coach - D'antoni is not a good coach

His teammates were his kryptonite.

That's what I am saying - If he had a player like Kevin Durant, he would have had some one to play ball - Even Dwight Howard would wasn't enough. They need at least two more elite players

So in other words all his NBA titles were the result of having multiple elite players around him.

I'm not a Mike D'Antonio fan and I believe the Rockets played like girl scouts that lost like they were supposed to and will always do.

So what is your point? Did I say anything about how many rings Nash has? :rolleyes2:
You sound sensitive. Some were giving Mike D praise as a coach. I don't agree. Harden is a great player but he did all that he could. Houston needs more if they want to go further but sadly this is what they have done for decades now. Close but no cigar and no titles

What title. When did Mike win A chamipionship. He bailed on the last two teams to avoid being fired eventually

Putting 2 players like Howard and Harden together might have been the stupidest thing ever attempted in the league. If there are 2 guys with less heart in the league I'd like to know who they are.

Putting Howard with any player of yours is stupid. Howard is a cancer but I think Harden can playing you give him a real team. Thunder should try to bring him back

Raises an interesting question.

All the talk about these superstar players colluding together to make super teams.

You see superstar players colluding to form a team with LeBron.

You see superstar players colluding to form a team with the Warriors.

Why isn't anyone trying to collude to join forces with Harden?

Well he did have a problem coaching that crappy Lakers team with a washed up Kobe.
