Maybe McVay does need to walk away. His offense has been figured out, and he just absolutely refuses to make any adjustments/changes to his game plan.
I can't really call yesterday's crew "McVay's offense". He was lacking his QB, 3 of his top 4 WRs, some OL, plus absences on the defensive side of the ball (including Donald). The fact that the Rams hung with what ended up a playoff team into OT with that rag-tag roster is actually a positive IMO.
That OT interception was simply underthrown. If Baker gets that over the top, it's an easy TD.
