That sucks. Adub was a true professional and a leader in the clubhouse. I would have loved to see him contribute to a potential Super Bowl. He deserves to reach that pinnacle. He still has a chance to play this year with the Pats, but who knows what will happen with Bill, the mad scientist, running the show. It is somewhat strange that they put him on IR. Was there even word of a serious injury?

I will say, the Cards released him at the perfect time. They obviously saw the writing on the wall. When you spend the better part of a decade laying people out, it has to take a toll on your body. Good luck Adub. Regardless of what happens you need to come back and retire with the Cardinals.

I don't this he is hurt, I think BB realized he cannot play anymore. I think this is BB way of covering up another bad secondary signing. He is saving face for both him and AW. AZ saw it, BB thought he was getting Rodney Harrison the 2nd!

Sounds like it. His play really declined and he missed a lot of games his last couple of years with the Cards.
