Really? To what extent are they able to speak about this stuff? Not that I expect the organization to really show their cards, that just sounds strange to me.

No idea if it is even true, that’s just was I heard from people about why Teo wasn’t talked about nor has there been any legit rumors on if they want to offer him or not. If it is a rule then it’s dumb because baseball is regional so probably 1/100th of the fans attending or watching the Mariners are watching the playoffs.
