I loved that Kyle Lowry vs. Tako Fall inbounds matchup.

I know there’s the element of leaving too much time for your opponent to score, but when they give you a dunk, I think you have to take it and just hope your defense is good. In football when someone goes down the 1 yard line, it’s usually when they could win even if they don’t score a TD, whether that’s a field goal or running the clock out. But if you are down by 4 or more, you’d run that ball in.
What's wrong with possibly passing?
What I am referring to is there sometimes somebody has a clear path to get into the end zone but they slide at the one-yard line so they can run the clock out. They don’t want to score and give the ball back to the other team. I don’t mean running a play where they could run or pass into the end zone. I mean when you’re going to score and you basically stop.
