We only create 6 million savings by cutting Adams... 20 million cap hit, however... Tough decisions for sure... A lot of it depends on who our new HC/DC would be... Maybe their system would utilize Adams much better...
Yeah, it will cost $6M more to have Adams on the team vs not. Not a huge savings, but cutting him + Diggs + Mone is $25M of cap opened back up. Jamal's future in Seattle probably depends on who comes in as the new HC. The x-factor could also be Schneider having more control in this new post-Pete era. Was Adams more of a Pete guy? If so, maybe Schneider wants to move on from him. If JS was all about that trade, maybe he's determined to hang on and make every effort for it to work how he thought it would. We only create 6 million savings by cutting Adams... 20 million cap hit, however... That's a nice size wedge. A big part of me is positive that Vrabel, Quinn, or the Ravens DC could figure this out with Jamal, but it also just shouldn't be this damn hard. He's also just injured WAY too much.Make him a post-June 1st cut and it's 16.5 million in cap savings this year.

Lackluster maybe but he'll fix the defense.I feel like quinn would be very lackluster, as close to running it back as you can get.
Go get ben johnson and vrabel to coach the D
You're the smartest in the room. But yea, whatever. So just going to fall back to ad hominem attacks now.
Whatever.
I get he's frustrated by the "Non football guys" but he has to realize and put his bromance of Geno aside that they saw what us fans saw and that's an average QB that won't take you far. Now I'm curious who the dream QB is.
id have to believe only maye and williams qualify as "dream qb" in this draft. unless schneider has never before seen pics of ryan poles with jeffrey epstein, I dont see us trading into the #1 spot.I get he's frustrated by the "Non football guys" but he has to realize and put his bromance of Geno aside that they saw what us fans saw and that's an average QB that won't take you far. he could be their dream qb, but he isnt without his flaws. he has a slight frame like bryce young and is a good but not great passer. runs around a lot, i could see him going out like RGIII.Daniels could be in that conversation as well and he could potentially fall to 5 or 6.

It's a far jump to the top 3. It's tough to see that happen.id have to believe only maye and williams qualify as "dream qb" in this draft. unless schneider has never before seen pics of ryan poles with jeffrey epstein, I dont see us trading into the #1 spot.
RTK holds the title with Razon a close secondLet me assure you that being the smartest person on an anonymous chat board is not something I care one whit about.
