It will all go through insurance. The only reason why it states that Zeke is going to be sued is because of the way the insurance laws are set up in Texas. All of this is going to go through insurance it will be the insurance policy that pays it out and I can assure you they are not going to just hand over a large chunk money. They will fight it .
