He's great , don't get me wrong, it's just not like he's been nipping on the heels of Donald his whole career, and a generational talent.... poster kinda made it that if Donald wasn't around he'd be the clear cut beat there is, and by a lot.... when that hasn't been the case some years...

Donald is one of the best 5-10 defensive players to ever play the game at any position. If he sets the bar for what is and what isn't HoF then you can't really be inducting many other defensive players.

And if Cox's career ended today I would say there is no question that he doesn't go in. But if he can put together 2-4 more really good years then I think he has a chance to get in but he certainly won't be a first or second ballot guy if he does.

Cox is a hall of famer regardless of how good Donald is....just like Lilly, Olsen and Page were all HOF'ers during their time
