If a person is too ignorant to figure out how to get ID then he/she is surely to ignorant to be allowed to cast a vote.
It's unconstitutional to require people to pay money to vote. As it currently stands, getting an ID costs money.

Therefore, you can't constitutionally require someone to have an ID to vote.
