Numbers are very close except FTA, ORB & Steals favor WV.
FT% and DRB favor OK. Plus the home cooking - but WV loves to dine on road kill.

I think a MUCH closer game this time around, but WV prevails 78-74.
Unless WV can't hit and has limited offense, then OK wins 70-59.

I expect a closer game just for the fact that we're on the road and it would just generally be harder to beat a team again by 21 points. I was listening to metronews sportsline last night and they discussed exactly what I was thinking. Oklahoma may come in with a better game plan but they're still playing with a short bench. You can have great talent but if you're only playing 7 or 8 guys against 40 minutes of full court pressure, trapping, etc., it's gonna be tough to keep up with the opposing team who plays 12 or 13 guys. You're gonna get tired and wore down. That's why I think we will steal a quality road victory tonight to the tune of 72-66.

Oklahoma needs to take a page out of the Texas game plan. Slow it up, pound it inside, and knock a down few open 3's along the way. That gives them the best chance to win. As for WVU, do what you do best PRESS. And along the way shoot 40% from the field, limit your TO's to 10 or less, and you win.

Williams being out hurt us but OU looked like a different team tonight than what I have seen in other games, very impressed. Looks like they are starting to gel.

It was worse than that. If you watched during the game, OU practiced against the press by
bringing the ball up the floor against 6 agressive defenders. During the game, it probably
felt like there was no one pressing them.
