Helluva game tonight, classic speed vs size....

Also the obvious is shown again, Bogut is the key. If any one of Klay, Bogut, or Curry are not healthy come playoffs, Ws don't go far

Wow this game is an alltime classic, no matter who wins.

They forgot about Dray!

Team finally looks human, reminds us they still have to earn it.

Shooting just abandoned them 2nd half...great game though

Cant have these losses come playoff time. No Bogut hurt tremendously but even then the dubs should have won by 20. Not a made 3 in the second half. Thompson was a no show in the second half. Rose 13/33 with 11 turnovers. Curry with an awful turnover up 1 with the ball leading to hinrichs 3. Need to win these games on our home floor.

Sad to see the home winning streak go, but All said and done, you cant win every game. Bad losses happen. Back on the grind come Friday vs a talented Jazz squad.

Uh, no.

Their record makes you think they are unbeatable, but they are human, they will lose a close game or two. They are among the best teams, but they are not the unchallenged best. Healthy, they are the odds on favorite, without one of the big 3 they are vulnerable.

It does illustrate why they should look for a Bogut backup, especially if Ezeli can't stay healthy either

The playoffs will be a whole 'nother thing, much more half court, less fast breaks. The Ws are a run and gun and shooting team, not usually the best way to win in the playoffs. They need some post game and inside presence.

The one Warrior weakness showed up again last night and that is the inability to close tight games. They've had very few of them but they have an extremely tough time at the end closing out a close game.

Still, one rebound or one more shot made during the entire game and the Dubs win. But you cannot lose games when you are up 5 with a minute left or are up one and have the ball with 15 seconds left like the Dubs were when Curry got careless with the ball again.

Is Bogut injured again?

........additionally, Andre Iguodala cannot play 27 minutes and not score a single point. That is ridiculous.

This thread is filled with ridiculous overreaction.

This was NOT a bad loss. Was it winnable? Yes. Was it a given? No.

The Bulls, even without Jimmy Butler are a tough team. This is a team that most people picked as the front runner or even Eastern Conference Champs at the beginning of the year. The team is deep and is stacked with a bunch of big front court players (which are teams the Warriors typically struggle against).

We all know Bogut is a huge catalyst for this team, on both offense and defense. Not having him out there not only reduces are chances of winning, but really puts us in a hole against a team with superior bigs. If this game was against Memphis or the Spurs, would anyone complain? No. They would say, we didn't have Bogut which is why we lost. Even though this excuse is not one to be thrown out at every chance, not having him does factor against a team with Noah, Gasol and Gibson.

The Warriors needed a close game like this. This loss helps. A bad loss is losing to the Lakers. Losing to a top notch team can only serve as motivation and learning opportunities. That's what the regular season is for. Even the best teams are going to lose 20 games in a season. The Warriors dominance of late has spoiled people. Get a grip. This team isn't going to challenge the Bulls record of 72 games. The Warriors are on the right track.

Not a bad loss, but a game the Warriors should have won. The problem of getting beaten on the boards badly against tough team remains and it will be their demise in the playoffs.

The rebounding is a really a product of having our bigs out there healthy. Health is always going to be the biggest deterrent to this team's success.

Only from one poster, who has been doing it for years. He is a negative nancy fan.

My take on the game and yours almost exactly overlap.

You waste your time with this guy...his reply will certainly contain the words 'disgraceful' 'unacceptable' and 'they always do this'

I'm glad the Ws will lose fewer games than they ever have in their history, because after each loss this mope will be here telling us how it was winnable and how they can't do X or they are doomed.

You'll note that this genius doesn't even know why Bogut was out last night. But he sure knows how to evaluate them.

That's true. Hard to gauge them without Bogut in there.

How comes Iguadala sometimes doesn't score?

How comes Iguadala sometimes doesn't score?

A number of different reasons.

1) He's not aggressive enough on offense. He seems to be content as a defensive presence and facilitator. Maybe Andre feels his best contribution is to get others the ball.

2) Andre is scared of shooting freethrows, meaning he drives to the basket less. If you watch him play, he rarely if ever goes to the basket or is underneath the freethrow line. He's been horrid shooting his freethrows the last few seasons and he's scared of going to the line. He has that Biedrins disease right now.

3) All of his shots are on the perimeter. Comes again to the shooting freethrows factor, but when almost all your shot attempts are 20 feet and out, buckets are harder to come by unless you're an elite shooter.
