Outside of the top 3 WR's which we have no shot at I have listed those that I believe would fit well on this Eagles team and which I believe we need to draft 2.

Devin Smith; all the tools and can stretch the field. Perhaps the best WR value in this draft.
J. Strong; for the most part I think we are all on board with him. Size, speed, hands, etc etc.
N. Agholer; slot type and is much like Matthews. Like him but like others better.
Tre McBride; great hands and good on the long routes. Good size.
C. Conley; speedy WR with all the tools. I'm surprised he isn't rated higher. One of my favorites.
K. Bell; Lots of potential.
J. Taylor; big strong WR that could be the red zone threat we are missing. Another personal favorite.
D. Smelter; not real fast but has the tools and the smarts and meets Chip requirement of being injured.

These are my favorite WR's outside the top 3. If Chip could snag 2 of these guys the WR corp is set. Give me D. Smith and J. Taylor and I'm way happy.

Here's my list in order:
Agholor - must have. smooth in all areas. great character. believe chip loves him.
Strong - very strong , fits name. good prospect.
Perriman - phenomal measureables, needs refinement.
DGB - a calvin Johnson clone, but with baggage.
Dorsett - speedster. replaces DJAX. stretches the field.
Coates - great size/speed. hands suspect.
Lockett - smallish, but good skill sst.
Conley - see above list.
Goodley - can do it all.short.muscular.
Dezmin ewis - great size/speed.
Smelter - raw, but intriguing.

That's enough. This is a great WR class, maybe better than last year as far as depth.

Agholor and Lockett are my two guys in this draft. If we get Agholor at 20 I'd be happy ... but if we go Corner at 20 I'd want to snag Lockett in the 3rd. I think he's 2nd round value, but he may slip to Round 3 just because it's such a great and deep class.

Lockett is too small for my liking and isn't as good as DJax. Agholar is a very good WR but isn't he much like what we already have in Matthews?
I think we need a speedy "go" guy with hands & size plus a "red-zone" bully.

Agholor is not like Matthews, but more of a Maclin clone. I think he is similar to OBJ myself. I really want to come out of this draft with Byron Jones, Agholor, and Rowe, no matter what maneuvering Chip does to get them.

I'll take Smith or DGB. Conley for value.

It looks like most of us agree on what we need/want.

Lockett reminds me a good deal of Brandin Cooks whom the Eagles reportedly were very high on last season. Both 5'10" both excellent speed (Cooks 4.33, Lockett 4.40), both excellent quickness running routes, both can return and both were ultra productive. The big difference is that the draft is much deeper at WR this year and we can likely still get Lockett at pick 52. I had Cooks with a higher grade last season (the guy I wanted in Rd 1 if we were going Offense), but I've watched a good deal of Lockett the past two years and he isn't too far behind.

I Absolutely Love Lockett and if we can Get Lockett and a Big Receiver as well I'd love it! We need 2 Wr's in this draft.

I agree we need 2 WR's from this draft but I'm not a fan of Lockett if only because of his size. With so many good WR's in this draft I'd stick with the bigger WR's. That said DJax certainly had game.

DGB intrigues me. I don't know what these can do to help these Kids mature but the kid has a chance to be fantastic if he gets his head right. The money can push a kid either way.

If he gets straightened out, he could be a poor man's Megatron. It should be interesting.

Just for you wahoo :)

Tyler Lockett - WR - Wildcats
Kansas State WR Tyler Lockett may have been "the best big-play wide receiver in college football last season," reports ESPN's K.C. Joyner.

Lockett led the country in 10-plus yard receptions against Power 5 teams and red zone receptions (19) and receiving yards (171) last year. "Add in his best in college football ranking in punt return average and it shows Lockett could give any young wideout a run for the money in terms of posting big plays," Joyner wrote. "He could be had on Day 2 after most of the big-name receiver prospects are off the board, and put up similar or better production."

Agholor and Lockett are my two guys in this draft.

You and me Rey. These guys will be successful. They may not be viewed as having the upside, but no one thought Antonio Brown did either. These guys get open and make plays more consistently than any WRs outside the top 3, and they are comparable on that front with the top 3.

And not only big plays but tons of first downs, too. This guy had 57 catches for 833 yards and 6 touchdowns in his last 5 college games!!! Think on that for a minute, people. 57-833-6. 11.4 for 166.6 and 1.2 average per game. This is clearly a guy playing at an NFL level while finishing up his college career.

Also Devin Smith is a one trick pony. I wouldn't mind adding him, and he could serve us well as a deep threat, but he should hardly be a target in this WR class.

Conley? Come on people. What's he ever done? He may be a decent redzone threat or he may bust. Late round project you can take a flyer on, but there are plenty of other better WRs in this class.

Don't love Strong either. He's physical and can go get it, but is he getting open at this level? Maybe not. There are a lot of busts and average wide receivers that come into this league similar to him. He's not as good as Allen Robinson was and he went in the late 2nd.

Just my 2 cents:

I like Agohlor a lot. Wouldn't be upset if we stood pat and took him at 20. DGB worries me because he looks like he may never be able to put it together, big risk even if he was available at 52.

What about R.J. Harris from New Hampshire as a late round option? Apparently Chip went there to work him out in person - keep him in mind too, there seems to be a lot of interest from our end.

Devin Smith can stretch the field no doubt, but can he block? I've been more impressed with Dorsett as a stretch-the-field guy if we're going in that direction, but not sure he makes it to 52.

Lockett in Chip's system would be intriguing. He's like Edelman from NE but with more speed. If he could make it to 84 that would be great value.

haha didn't you read my other posts?

I'm a big fan of both lockett and agholor. Perriman's interesting but in the 2nd. He doesn't catch it cleanly. I like WR prospects with quickness, route variety and natural hands. There's guys that bust every year because they are lacking those traits but were drafted highly for other ones.

I also like hardy and Dorsett.
