I said nope.

Kessler is not a bad QB, in fact he might be better than Bortles in some phases of the game...getting the ball out on time, decent accuracy, but he's one hit away from probably giving up the NFL....several concussions in CLE.

Probably so. I just feel like the thing the Jags need most in a QB is for the QB just to not turn the ball over. And Kessler is pretty good at that at least.

They will go in the tank if and when that happens this season....for a decent stopgap, they need to be looking at the CLE backup, and hope they can improve the position in the draft somehow.

Probably so. I just feel like the thing the Jags need most in a QB is for the QB just to not turn the ball over. And Kessler is pretty good at that at least.

If I felt like he would be on the field for the rest of the season...I probably would play him too, but he can't take any hits and he will get hit.

Kessler is an emergency QB...probably should not be playing in the league anymore....for different reasons Bortles probably shouldn't be either.
