Reading comprehension isn't you're thing, apparently. Wasn't talking about Connelly' personal salary, but rather the player ones he negotiated while on the Nuggets.

Not surprised, though...
As far as contracts go, it might help if they had a guy that was known throughout the league for his handling of the CBA and NBA contracts. Someone like Sachin Gupta........

Don't know your background, but your bad takes flood the board.
Unless you're a Draymond fanboy I honestly don't know what your beef stems from. I got no ill will toward the Timberwolves and actually have the utmost respect for Minnesotans

Whatever floats your boat, I guess. :noidea:

Fake tough guy personalities is in on the NBA board apparently, you and that Embiid lover boy.
If you’re gonna talk shit, pussy, at least have the courage to tag me. You think it’s a hot take for me to pump up a dude who has been one of the best players in the league the last two seasons?

Repeating is over and over kinda is, bro. Neither of us really know one another's background and have had little actual interaction on here.
He doesn't need to have interaction with you to stop by and read your idiotic takes.

No, but to rant and rave about the guy losing a few $$$ on a max contract is fucking obsessive.

Chalk this thread to one of the corniest internet brawls I’ve had in awhile. Don’t really know how it transpired, but it is what it is…

Yeah, because you've set the bar so high and I aspire to reach your standards.

Um, you seem to be universally hated from your days at CBS.

Must have something to do with you being caught in the girls locker room when covering those JV girls basketball games.

LOL CBS disbanded in 2013 and I didn't start covering HS on a regular basis until 2018 or 2019.

If it weren't for the Lakers logo under your SN, you'd be a nobody...

Being named 2nd or 3rd team is just as good as being named 1st for triggering the max.

@Mebert You're welcome. Steve Kerr and Steph Curry responsible for Ant, lol.

I was stunned by his growth. He is already better than what I thought his ceiling would be, and he is not 21 yet. The true #1 of that team.

I wasn't sold on him pre-draft, but he's won me over. He's the alpha, KAT needs to take his cues from Ant.

KAT should be thrilled by it. Now he can work to move based almost average at defense and become a complete player, without the pressure of carrying the offense on him anymore.

Agree, Ant's ceiling is super high. KAT can be an excellent 2nd option on a good team I think. Just need to get a few more defenders and I think the Wolves can be in the hunt the playoffs. I think from that interview Ant got some solid vet advice, without even having any vets. I think that's what's missed in the development of a lot of these young teams.

That need is why I love having Beverly, He is an ultra douche, but he brought a mentality that they desperately needed. Without needing to be the Alpha like Jimmy Butler. He was the perfect piece for them, and was probably as much of the reason for the leap to the playoffs as Ant's improvement.

Russell was much better than I expected, I was super negative about him. I still thing he is the wrong PG to take them to the next level. I am not sure how they move on from him however.

I am most curious if Jaden McDaniel can take the next step. His growth is a big part of how much the wolves can progress I think.
