Wings @ Preds

Heading to Nashville today to see the Wings hopefully get the 2 points needed to hang on to 8th place. Mickey Redman noted the other day that he felt that it would take 52 points to secure a playoff spot. If that is true, then the Wings need 7 points in their last 5 games, and tonight is a good place to start that run for those 7 points.

Does anyone have an idea where the Wings fans have a tendency to congregate hours before the games in Nashville?

I've been corrected on my mistake. They have 7 games left and Mickey said that 54 points would most likely be necessary to get in to the playoffs.

I grew up in Nashville and went to many Preds games. You won't have a hard time finding Red Wings fans downtown before the game but I don't know of a specific hangout. Not sure if you've been there before, but you shouldn't have a problem finding fun all over from 2nd Ave to Broadway. My favorites tended to be a little further out on West End toward Vanderbilt. Blackstone Brewery and 'Boundry were my faves. Have fun.

Don't know any places for hanging out with Wings Fans, but the whole town is enjoyable.

He was really good the first 2-3 weeks of the season. Really fell off after that
