Will Tyler Lockett See 100+ Targets This Year?

In the Russell Wilson era, the only receiver to ever get 100+ targets in a season is Doug Baldwin, who reached triple digits three times. Here is a list of the top 15 during Wilson's 7-year tenure:

Sad that Lockett doesn't get to be a 100 catch guy in a more pass oriented offense.

Should surpass that mark plus IMO. Mediocre vets ( and one is injured already) plus some rookies that need time to develop. Feel Lockett should be RW security blanket.

He's also going to be the most attention from opposing defenses and may end up as a decoy on alot of plays. One of our receivers will benefit from that. I wonder which one.

Agreed. The man has a very high reception-to-target ratio. He's about the most fearless receiver I think the Seahawks have ever had. Some of the hits he has taken and the way he bounces right back up, every time, is just amazing. "Kids, DO NOT try to do this at home."

Yep, he had a great game when you take into account his preseason. I was not expecting that at all but boy was i happy to see it. Metcalf is just SO DAMN BIG out there and he even plays bigger than he is. Lets all hope he continues on this path and stays healthy all season. A Seahawk winning ROTY would be awesome!

I want to see more balance on offense not the 55-60% running to 40-45% passing. this needs to be closer to 50/50 in my eyes to really make them more dangerous out there on offense. Cincy was putting the LB's close to the LOS and dropping the back end out a little more. They sold out to stop the run and longer passing game. Hawks offense needs to "adjust" during a game something we say them NOT DO last year. It was nasty in the Dallas playoff loss, their ability to NOT adjust.
