Will the Wolves ever win the lottery?

Probably common knowledge around here that the lottery has never placed the Wolves higher than expected. Say if they finished 4th, they never ended up with a higher pick than that.

Pretty sure they have finished worse over 50% of the time LOL.

Anyways, I just played ESPN's little mock lottery 2015 NBA Lottery Mock Draft - ESPN. The wolves are the odds on favorties right now for the 1 spot with 25%

Needless to say...it took 14 fucking tries for them to end up 1. And they were 4th!!! 5 times.

Even a simulator hates them.....

I'd say the simulator is accurate. If you look back on past lotteries, the team with the best odds (worst record) rarely wins the top pick

LOL ya I guess they did.

Just thought it was funny that they get screwed every lottery and even a simulator took 14 tries for the odds on favorite to get the 1 spot

I don't care about the Wolves though would just be fun to see them finally make some lottery noise and getting someone like Okafor would boost interest.

You guys even lost a coin flip for the #1 pick to the Milwaukee Bucks in 1969. With the first fick in that draft, the selected a young center by the name of Lew Alcindor better known now as Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. You guys got Neal Walk.

I think they've only held their position once, maybe twice. Other than that, they've fallen every other time.

Yeah wouldn't shock me at all if that were right. So crazy how it never works out. Then it doesn't help that they make some blunders as well. Coulda had Steph Curry SMH.

About to make it 3 wins in a row. With their full team they are not good but also not god awful so I expect wins to keep coming a bit
