Yes he will be missed but he deserves the opportunity to look for an opportunity to start or that he feels is right for him.

Doubt he starts. He will likely have the same role on the Eagles as he did Denver... Good guy to have around as depth, special teams. Can play some slot which makes him valueable as a dept guy, and can start if needed. He would have a shot to start in Philly but they are likely going to start Jalen Mills in place of Malcolm Jenkins leaving. Eagles may also draft a S early. Rodney McLeod has a firm hold of the other safety spot.

He is very replaceable, but he was sorta our 2nd coming of David Bruton but didn't stick around as long as Bruton here.

His most memorable play will be returning the blocked XP back vs the Saints for the game winner.

What about forcing the fumble against the Steelers?

Good call on that. Sorta forgot about that one. Man, the guy had two huge plays for us. Ill crown the Steelers fumble his biggest play. Justin Simmons created the Saints play.. Both big!

It is always sad for me to see a favorite leave the team. Will Parks gave all his talent on the field and in the community. Handshake - autograph request and a selfie. Best of luck to him.

Spot on SS. He was an impact player in several wins in his time here.

Wouldn't surprise me if after this next season when they are looking to possibly move on from Kareem Jackson that they give a call to Will Parks to come back. He loves Denver and I know it was not easy for him to choose to go play anywhere else.

Parks is from Philadelphia. Not sure what Denver offered him but I know he loved being a Bronco... Philadelphia may have been the only other team he signs with if it isn't based off money. I know the Titans and Cardinals both spoke contract with him as well.
I will be surprised if we move on from Jackson next year unless he has a down year. He has made the transition to safety as well as you could expect.

Whelp. I actually called the Justin Simmons pick right before it happened, believe it or not, and thought he would work out well. So we hit it big on one of them but Parks ended up not being a player that the franchise targeted to keep around. So it goes. I appreciate his efforts and wish him well in his career.

Not sure if Trey Marshall can fill his void... Might be looking for a a 3rd safety now with Marshall being that 4th guy. Safety depth is now a need Marshall might be able to fill it but even if so then we need some more depth there. I have always thought Duke Dawson might make a good safety.

Lance Zierlein said he has talked to some teams that have Grant Delpit in the 4th round. So maybe could get him in the 2nd or 3rd. Would be interesting to see him go from top-10 lock to falling into the midrounds.

4th round seems hard to believe. I haven't heard that yet, but we've seen players slide far like that before.

He only needs 1 team to believe that he is worth a higher pick.

Yeah I doubt he makes it to the 4th. Heck even in the 2nd though I would be willing to take a chance. Not the best fit for our defense with his struggles tackling but when he is healthy and you look at his 2018 tape he could be a huge steal.

Delpit had a rough year. I have no idea how he won the Jim Thorpe. But he also played on a very bad ankle this year. He is a good safety, just not the type of year anyone expected. Baffles me how he won the Jim Thorpe award. He wasn't even the second best DB on his team this year (Derek Stingley Jr, Kriston Fulton).. But Delpit can play. We saw that his FR and SO year. Needs work on tackling... But a better player then he showed this year. His ankle really hampered him the entire season.

Derek Stingley Jr of LSU is gonna be the top CB prospect to come out in a long time by the time he hits the draft.

Florida FR Kaiir Elam is also a special player.

Alabama CB Patrick Surtain isn't Stingley but he is also very good.

Stingley is probably the best FR CB I have ever seen. I haven't seen as good of a FR DB as him since my boy Ed Reed!

An incoming FR next year CB- Kelee Ringo of Georgia should be very good as well.

That injury is why I wouldn't mind Delpit in the 2nd. When healthy he has shown top-10 potential and gives the Broncos a nice 1-2-3 punch at the safety position.

I really wish we would sign Eric Berry as our 3rd safety. I know the Colts seem the most interested.
