That's an 8-8 record, which may actually be good enough for a wild card. I think Pit/Bal, Ind/Ten occupy the first two and then it's between them, Denver, and Cleveland.

For a divisional opponent to sweep the Patriots, they'll first have to get past the league and the refs.

If I had to put money on it, I'd bet he never starts a single game. Either he refuses to submit to "the Patriot Way" or he's just not good enough. Between those two, I don't see him making it as a starter even one single game.

IDK about that, but it's obviously in play.

IMO the only way he doesn't start a game is he's not healthy enough to play, then he gets cut before the vet guarantee kicks in...if he's on the roster week 1, I expect he will be the starter.

Then Stidham will take over at some point.

I don't know man re watched the National Title game last night and LSU defense was a basic NFL defense and Lawrence play not that good, (maybe just a bad night) but I would seriously think twice about calling him the best QB in the draft next year to see if he has learned and moved forward.

they dont need the picks if they have the cap space. i can see him throwing nearly his entire draft to move up for the next guy.

Unless he falls off the map, Lawrence will be the #1 overall pick...and Fields will probably be top 5 likely will go #2.

How can you see it?
Lets face it the talking heads have been saying it for years thinking BB would move up in this draft or that draft.
Reality is the guy just wants a "game manger". That's all what Tommy was, he knew when to jump on a teammate and when to talk nice to them. Tom grew up in the system and knew it inside and out.

You might be right but I just don't see BB taken a large move up on a QB.

Like I said maybe it was just a bad night for the kid, either way there is a lot riding on this season for him and it will be interesting to see how he plays against "tougher defenses"

...this is a real possibility too.

The Cam trade sure keeps people guessing on what the offence will be like this year.
