Why the secrecy with injuries in the WJC?

I want to know the severety of the injuries to Brock Nelson & Calvin De Haan but can't find any information on either. If they need surgery they aren't going to play anyway. Why won't they just tell the public what's wrong?

This is exactly my point. I know it's a lower body injury. I know Nelson has an upper body injury. If they aren't going to play the rest of the tournament why not just say what the injury is? I'm sick of this B.S.
