Why not BYU and Wisconsin

BYU was negotiating to play Washington after the Apple Cup was cancelled but then the PAC XII (correctly) scheduled Washington to play Utah after the Utes game with ASU was cancelled.

So why not Wisconsin now that their game with Minny is cancelled. Surely Wisky needs as many games as possible.

BYU is not scheduling a game vs a P5 team at this point. They are praying for a Cincy loss so they can squeak in the NY6

Wisky has absolutely zero to gain by playing BYU

Northwestern loss aside, Wisconsin is already ineligible for the B1G title game because they won’t have the required 6 games played.

This 2020 season seems almost fake anyway. It’s being held together with scotch tape.

Yeah and they also said they would not have any games this fall.

Yeah, but when they saw the 3 P5 conf. were going to play and were playing, they changed their minds. Once the season started, they very definitely said no to Nebraska, there will be no ooc games. This decision was made after the season started. They aren't going to change their minds now.
At least I think it was Nebraska that was the first to ask.
