Why is John Isner being listed as 6'10" now

Years after being listed as 6'9". If my Biology knowledge is right he shouldn't have grown an inch after turning 26. Everyone can see that he is an inch shorter than Karlovic who is listed as 6'10". Any Isner fans here wanna take a crack at this mystery?

The listed height is what hits the books when you turn pro.
He says he has grown that inch since turning pro in 2007.
I saw recently that his ATP profile page had been updated to 6'10"

I understand the theory of what you are saying....old un-updated data being updated many years later. But that doesn't solve the puzzle why he is still shorter than Ivo Karlovic now. Is Dr. Ivo 6'11" then? He is listed as 6'10".
