Cal is 3-0 with a direct win over BYU who's 25 in the AP Poll.....
ASU is 2-1 with a direct win against Michigan State who's ranked 23 in the Coaches poll....
Colorado,Washngton State.....

And thats just listing some PAC teams off the top of my head. I'm sure theres more. Its not exactly like Tamu has a quality win. The poll systems are flawed by design

Yes, Wisconsin will have one of their worst defenses in a decade. Not because I think this defense will continue to be this bad, but because they aren't as good as some of their other defenses because they have been elite.

These are Wisconsin's defensive efficiency numbers from 2010 to now:

2017: #4
2016: #6
2015: #13
2014: #31
2013: #13
2012: #23
2011: #48
2010: #35

You seem to not understand that one can say this will be one of their worse defenses in a decade, while also still being even mediocre/slightly above average. If this defense finishes lets say #38, this will be one of their worst defenses, while still being above average nationally.

B1G West: 20-21 bowl record, 6 BCS/NY6 bowls, 2-4 record, 13 ten-win seasons, 2 teams over .500 in bowls

I never said this was one of their best. I think Wisconsin has had a really good defense for years now, so I don't see them suddenly taking a huge dive off a cliff out of nowhere.
