Jet skiing (standing up) is a workout and believe me the first time I did a standing jet ski I was sore the next day. Doing a sea-doo (sitting ones - which he's on) CAN be a workout if you decide to stand with them, but if your fatass is just sitting there, it's not much of one... very little impact to your body. Yes there's a little core in leaning, etc. but it's pretty minor.
