It's as simple as that. During the time period of early January to around February 25th, this is where we find out which CBB teams are legit. Who's really elite? Who will be stuck just fighting for an NCAA berth? This thread will help us find out.

So what will happen on this first full Sunday of 2026? Well, Alabama and Kentucky will fight each other. We also have OK State vs. Texas Tech, Kansas vs. UCF, North Carolina vs. SMU, and today's Main Event of Tennessee vs. Arkansas.
And as for the games not part of the rankings, here are the big ones to watch:

I saw some of the Iowa St/WVU game last night, dominant win for the Cyclones, they look very good, I wonder if this is the year they finally make the Final Four.

Tonight, we have no ranked teams playing. But we still have some good games to watch! There's Miami-Ohio (still unbeaten) visiting Toledo, USC visiting Minnesota, and Merrimack playing Siena in the MAAC.

Along with Florida's big win, here's what else happened yesterday. Iowa State dropped their 2nd in a row, Texas Tech defeated BYU, and North Carolina goes 0-2 on their west coast trip. We also saw UConn, Kentucky, and Alabama rally to win big road games.
