I think the easy answer is the bengals. They suck, but they could win some games.
Then perhaps the cards, with the kingsbury offense catching some off guard

I'd have to go with the Giants. They have a veteran QB and a top notch RB. I'm not making that pick with any confidence though.

That vet qb is as good a vet has say Matt Barkley, though

I'd say Washington. This was a 7-9 team last year dealing with multiple major injuries. On paper, I'd argue Cincinnati might be more talented, but I have no faith in that coaching staff.

I honestly don't think there is that much of a difference between the bottom tier and the middle of the pack when it comes to playoff odds.

None of these teams are winning the Super Bowl. Bengals seem like the most talented.

Skins get Smith back at some point - and they were actually a pretty damn good team last year until he got injured. Easy vote IMO.

Talk about the tallest midget contest. I have no real idea which one of those teams will out play their odds, but none will in the SB. Just glad my team isnt one of them.

The Washington D probably is gonna be solid. Get them a QB that isn't useless and they are a decent team. Can't really say that about any of the other four if we're being honest with ourselves.

I know I am a homer, but I am going to go with the Bengals.

They were 60 seconds from being 5-1 last year, and suffered some pretty major injuries:

Tyler Eifert (missed most the season)
AJ Green (missed like 7 to 9 games) can't remember exact amount, just guessing
Andy Dalton (missed like 5 to 7 games) can't remember exact amount, just guessing
Joe Mixon (missed a few games and still led the AFC in rushing with a poor oline)
Tyler Boyd (missed a couple games)
Billy Price
Tyler Kroft
Cordy Glenn
Carl Lawson DE/OLB (had 8 to 9 sacks his rookie year, missed all last year)
Vontaze Burfict
Preston Brown
Darqueze Dennard

Plus many more. I think we placed like 15 to 17 guys on the IR last year.

They also have a 4th place schedule, and get to play an AFC East with only one team worth a darn, like the rest of the division. Then our 4th place schedule gives us the Raiders and Jags.

Never know though, in one season a team can make a turn around and the Raiders with their additions and the Jags with Foles could be much better teams than the 3rd place teams were.

I also like our draft and don't believe for a second that our defense is near as bad as it started out as last year with Dunlap, Atkins, Jackson, Bates, Brown, Hubbard, Lawson, Williams and we will throw Kirkpatrick in there still. I think they are a middle of the pack defense at worse with the right scheme and health.

Did Patrick Peterson cause you to lose faith in the Arizona D?

Doesn't help, but that OL isn't to be trusted.
Agreed.

Conventional wisdom would suggest that either the Cardinals should be much better for getting rid of Rosen or Rosen should be much better for getting rid of the Cardinals but then you look at both olines and cringe.
