I care. My niece is a cheerleader there. I attended the 2011 game against Boise in Fort Collins and will most likely be going again this season.

My father played high school football with Sonny Lubick back in the day in Montana. Two years ago when we went we spent the day tailgating with him and then went out to eat at his steakhouse after the game. It was such a cool experience, just a great guy that gets tremendous respect in that town and beyond. What a coach he was.

Boise4life...glad to hear your deep connections with Sonny (and your dad playing in Butte, which is like playing on shale in the winter time) & CSU. I'm also from Montana, and was born in the same hospital as his wife Carol Jo. I love the strong connections between CSU and my home state...hope you have an equally good time back in Ft. Fun this year and go MWC football!

Nicest fans I think I've ever been around in my life.....seriously. Chilled out with Matt Newton the whole time I was there too. Remember him from the glory days about 12 years ago. That was a stud QB for Sonny right there. Great player and a great guy!

True. Matt was great...McDougal wasn't too bad, neither was our D w/ Brady Smith, Matt Moran & Joey Porter. His predecessor, Moses Moreno was a great guy too.
