I think it was last season Mickey Redmond was making the point that the Flames haven't had a healthy Regehr for the playoffs since '04... I know there are other factors keeping the Flames from making a deep run, but I think he's been a pretty underrated part of Calgary's team.

I doubt Regehr would waive his NTC to go to Long Island, he's another player who deserves a shot at a Cup ring.

When I saw it I couldn't help but LMAO.
The funny thing is Milbury really liked Regehr during his draft year. He said Regehr had the best interview of any prospective player he'd ever talked too.
So what does Milpuke do on draft day. He goes off the board & selects Mike Rupp. Two years later the Islanders didn't even sign him. What a waste of a top 10 draft pick.
