I didn't say there wasn't pressure, but getting the first for the Nets franchise has to be more IMO, especially given their big 3's contract status. All 3 have player options for 22/23. This grouping may not last long if it doesn't work.

My first thought...both bc they are championship or bust but I believe the only correct answer here is Brooklyn.

Irving never won a championship without Lebron and when he was on his own he crumbled.
KD never won a championship without Steph and the dream team and he couldn't win with Harden and Russ.
Harden couldn't get it done with other stars and has never won one.

Lebron and AD have been there done that, even if they never win a title...disappointment? sure but they already have one in LA. There really isn't even that much pressure on Russ alone bc he is that #3 option. I'm sure he desperately wants that championship but if you look at the circumstance I think Brooklyn's circumstance, there is way more pressure.
