Just my opinion but I think the ultimate was winning 3 Super Bowls with 3 different QBs and 3 different RBs. I think Peyton winning with 2 teams is a big deal since no one has done it in the 50 years of the Super Bowl.

I'm not sure I'd say its bigger, but winning 2 SBs with 2 different organizations certainly seems like a much harder thing to accomplish. Winning 4 SBs regardless of how many organizations you accomplish it with is in and of itself a pretty big accomplishment.

In 6 years, Roger Federer winning 14 of 24 Grand Slams [and only 1 of 6 was the French, so he won 13 of the other 18].

Since Brady's emergence New England has entered each of the last 15 seasons on the short list of Super Bowl contenders. The fact that they have won "only" 4 shows just how hard it is to do. So to me this is a no-brainer, they are tough to get regardless of circumstances. So 4 is much more impressive than 2 in my opinion.

Agree. Also - to be honest Manning was pretty much of a just another guy on the roster for a good deal of this SB run. He was by no means the primary reason why Denver won the SB. I don't believe that you could ever say that for any of Brady's championships. I am not trying to take anything away from Peyton's great career - just providing perspective to the discussion.

Go back to Brady's first three SBs...he has been rewarded time and time again by some clutch plays from his teammates throughout the playoffs. He has also been rewarded by the league and his coaches. Seriously, Shoeless Joe Jackson batted over .400 and was accused of throwing games and barred from the HOF. Brady and his team have been busted, not just accused, of far more.

No doubt Brady's teammates helped him, but he still was a primary factor in all of the SB wins. If you are honest you absolutely cannot say that about Manning this past Sunday. Again - this is not meant to discredit Manning - just stating something that has to be factored into the discussion.

brady isnt the only guy with 4 rings , bradshaw did it and montana did it so keep that in mind

to me i think a case can be made for getting 2 different teams to a superbowl . only one guy has done that and it is manning

imagine this 2 different organizations , 2 different ways to build a team to me that is a very hard feat .

winning 4 super bowls isnt a walk in the park either but hey elway had help in his only 2 superbowl wins

So now we are criticizing great QBs because they had help? Really? Do we do the same for Joe Montana because he had Ronnie Lott, Bill Walsh etc? Jordan didn't win anything until Pipen arrived, that changes nothing about how great Michael Jordan was.

You would have been able to say that about anybody in that game if they were QB. Both defenses were killing QBs. Yes, you can say that about Peyton in that game.

Brady Super Bowl 1...won by 3 and Brady threw for 145 yards while his defense forced 3 turnovers
Brady Super Bowl 3...won by three and his defense forced four turnovers.

Fair pt, but I will also state that my pt is correct (& as per gke could also be correct for other QBs). Honestly - you could have made a case for benching Manning the other nt.
