I didn't get to catch any football until halftime and the Rams were up 28-0. I said "WHAT" your kidding but the halftime show geeks were not. How do the Rams go into Indy and totally dominate the Colts and beat them by 30 points. Just great! Nothing like playing with our minds with a win like this. Now how are we to feel about the Rams after the bye week. The number of different personalities this Ram team has week in and out is mind boggling. Don't get me wrong what a great win and great play by many especially Austin, Clemens, the Defense, the Offensive line, the mascot, the laundry guy, the cheerleaders. I am going to have a drink now so I can try to figure this out! LOL

I was at the game and I'm not even sure, LOL. It all happened so quick and it was bizarre. Fumble recovery for a TD, 98 yard punt return straight down the sideline and nobody could push him out of bounds. Austin wide open on a deep ball for a TD with the corner getting zero safety help. Luck uncharacteristically missing several throws. My son and the rest of the Colts fans weren't even PO'd. They were in shock, as was I. It was a great day to be a Rams fan.

I don't mean to make this sound like an essay question on a test but.... Can you explain in detail your sons reaction upon the Rams pounding the Colts? How was the drive home?

He was fine by the time we got in the car for the ride home. He's still watches the Rams game with me and wants them to win, he's just a bigger Colts fan. It's been that way since he was about 10-11 (he's 20 now). He loved P. Manning when he was a kid and he just remained a Colts fan. It was a fun trip and we got home in time to watch much of the Sunday night game.

Like most of the Colts fans I think he was more shocked than he was upset. I have to admit I was shocked myself. It really didn't sink in as far as what I had just witnessed until the game was over and I was celebrating with the Rams fans as the Rams were leaving the field.

All I know is, it cost me a fortune at my local watering whole, but well worth it. Unbelieveable performance from all three phases of the game against one of the best teams in the NFL. :suds:

This team is still young, that is what we can take away from this season. At times they look great, at times they look inept. Let them keep building and improve. They aren't too far from being really good but they are still developing.

The problem is that it's hard for the fans to stay patient when they are in year 8 of the rebuilding mode.

It was a blast. Especially listening to the crowd go silent and then going down to the tunnel at games end to cheer on the Rams as they lift the field. It was nice to be able to do that in another team’s house as opposed to watching it happen at The Dome.

Good Play or a Master Plan

I wish I could let this go but I feel that the Rams are being held back by the Owner to win a few games but not to many. Enough to keep the fans interested to show up at the Dome. It's really interesting that the Rams lose then now find all this talent or allow this talent to show itself in a game that was a shock to everyone. It's been like this all season as though they are calling plays which would lose a game instead of win a game. It comes down to the lease, stadium and location for me.

He may want them to lose, but I don't see any competitive athlete not wanting to give everything they have to win. If that was the case, I don't think a few of these guys got the memo!

The Memo

I don't think the players are tanking it, I feel that they are not being utilized properly and the right plays being called for them at times is what I mean.
