Cool. I usually prefer flour with soft tacos, but using 2 tortillas instead of 1. Makes soft corn tortillas pop n hold together better . Had some Korean short rib tacos from Kogi BBQ truck in LA the other day. I've been thinking about going back just for some tacos every day now. So good.

And for the smart asses that might show up and comment.....I am 5-11 and a very nice 180.6 pounds. Weighed .myself this morning. Lost 6-7 pounds the last 2.5 weeks after my tooth extraction.

Despite what the wife's 4yo grandson Denetrius says. "Big back" my ass. He keeps it up and D-pa aka DJ Fieri will make sure he is candy broke. Since I am his sugar dealer....LOL.

For breakfast I had....

2 packets of instant grits, 2 slices of cheddar cheese, 3 over easy very yoke filled eggs. 2 slices of English muffin bread toasted very well with butter.

Still thinking about lunch.

Dinner was mashed taters with some corn and chicken gravy.

Basically, a homemade KFC bowl with no meat.

Whole wheat bread, buffalo flavored tuna, mayo and pickles with potato chips and ranch to dip said chips into. Apple Busch Light to wash it all down with.
