Also eating a lot of spinach can lead to bloating and gas, but that's not as big a deal as the kidney stones thing.....

Kidney stones are allegedly no bueno.

I recently discovered that garlic & herb marinated pork tenderloin is fantastic. They come in a bag so I'd figured how good can they be. Very good it turns out and cheap.. < $10 for about a lb & 1/2. Easy also.. just toss it in the oven for 45 minutes. Tender & juicy.. as good as any steak imo. It will definitely be part of my regular rotation going forward.

Not exactly football food but it is dinner. Trying to eat healthier. Ugh.

Buffalo Bleu cheese is the dip.

I haven't tried any of that stuff, but it does look good. The ribs, loins and other things look like they would be good, but I'd for sure doctor them up with more stuff.

Smithfield. The seasoning of the garlic & herb is perfect imo. I don't add anything. Only about $5 a lb with hardly any waste and they're easy. I'll probably buy some of their other varieties.

I do find myself eating a lot more pork since beef is getting ridiculous. I'm a cheap skate and tend to only buy meats on the sell or freeze by date and then freeze it, but a lot of that stuff does look good but I tend to pass on it. Maybe now I'll give it a try.

Got some fritos and water. Late lunch.
