To be honest, I haven't watched a single second of a Jags game this year, so I have no idea what has changed to have caused such a major turnaround to their fortunes.

I do- I just would posit the Chiefs are better right now and going forward, TNF roadies are very, very difficult in general; it would be in Arrowhead, and Berry sounds like he's gonna be available for that game. Even if the Chiefs lost that game (a team they've won 9 in a row against) the Chargers would still have to win against the Steelers and/or hope the Chiefs just implode to make the case moot. Shit, it's not inconceivable the Chargers have to win out to win the division.

Nothing, nothing at all. It's the inherent flaw of building around defense at the macro level. You can have a great defense and be sabotaged by a player going down in the secondary, a few bad breaks there, and so on and so forth. Doesn't help that Jalen is rage-freelancing, but it was inevitable there would be regression. It doesn't shock me it deteriorates after a stretch where the Jags turned it over at a rate not that dissimilar to Peterman. Lot of pressing going on there. Defense may win you the championship, but offense is what wins week to week. They'll be fine next year, but the drama has got in their heads in J-Ville I suspect. No proof, just putting it out there. I know that sounds very #Footballguy to say, but they should be playing better.

To be serious, I can see the Texans possibly getting a bye depending on how the other 2 teams play especially if they win tomorrow. 3 straight at home starting next week. End the season with road games vs the Jets and Eagles before ending the year at home vs the Jags.

I see them at 9-4 or 10-3 after the 3 game homestand and I think they win 2 of their final 3 so that's 11-5/12-4.

Kinda thinking Minny beats NE and and LAC falls flat in a TNF roadie in Arrowhead; though I wouldn't be stunned to see a loss to a team like Denver or some similar mediocre team. They have been flirting with disaster in a couple 1 score games this year.

Stats are a little skewed. The last 5-6 games they weren’t turning the ball over much at all. Today was remiscent of the first quarter of the season.
