A's needed a little shot in the arm, getting back the veteran catcher should help with Norris and Jaso both hurting. Kurt calls a good game and blocks balls well, not a great hitter nor does he have a strong throwing arm. Overall very happy with the trade the A's giving up single A pitching prospect Dakota Bacus.

Hope he brings a little pop with the bat too. Their men LOB and on 3rd with less than 2 outs stinks right now.
