Isn’t it funny how Vic Fangio’s team lives his motto “death by inches”. Maybe he should change it so they can start winning by inches
Two drops by Jeudy and an unfortunate overthrow on the goaline a big difference in 1st game. A dropped int in the second game.

Playmakers need to make plays at the crucial time.

I’d settle for “someone please get a sack for the love of god”

that’s what she said
That's also the first to go.

Interesting fact; For every 50 pounds of fat you put on, you effectively lose a 1/2 inch of useable penis length.

Since I turned 40, I've had a vagina.

The greatest problem with communication is the illusion it has taken place.

(Since we all seem to be using this thread to post our favorite GBS quotes I thought I'd add mine.)

Players move around so much between teams - there are those who argue that we root for the laundry the guys wear on game day. Some truth to that.

Even sadder is the fact that virtually every player has no real passion for the franchise. Or coach for that matter, which is always a bit sad to me.

I wish as fan that the system incentivized players to want to either remain with a team that drafted them or if a player has established a career in a certain city (call it a Brett Favre rule if you will.)

My basic idea is a franchise can designate up to two players on a franchise that has played 5 consecutive seasons for that franchise where their salaries don't count against the cap.

Something to that effect. Cause it is quite literally impossible to "build for the future" in a hard cap league.

Teams that draft well are essentially penalized for it. I should say the fans are penalized cause that is what happens.

Or....

ANY PLAYER that plays 7 consecutive seasons for a franchise, that player's salary doesn't count against the cap.

The idea is to give INCENTIVES for players to remain with a franchise. The GOLDEN AGE to me for the NFL was the 70s. Much of it was due to John Facenda's voice accompanied by Sam Spence music with NFL Films AND the fact that we knew the franchises.

We knew who the Steelers were, the Cowboys the Raiders etc etc. That makes things better for us fans imo.
