2009 The Broncos started 6-0 and had a bye and the 2009 defense was better statistically then 2015 through 6 games in points allowed , YPG and point differential.

Does this feel like 2009?

Yeah the DC and the head coach ruined their relationship over it.

No, it doesn't. 2009 did it more with smoke and mirrors. 2015 is MUCH deeper talent wise.

Very different feel this year. I don't see Kubiak at the Bye week coming to Phillips and telling him "hey I know our defense is the best in the league but I don't like it so let's change it up." This coaching staff has for the most part all worked together before and done well together. When you throw in the team just is a lot more unified instead of having this very divided and secretive disconnect with the coach to his players. Kubiak is the complete opposite of McDaniels in coaching style and coaching philosophy.

This was - well.......Brilliant! My eyes are watering - my sinuses are running - there's a constriction in my throat - finally evidence - someone else gets it!
