Billy Price really had to work to win this award. He subbed in for the hopeless Fred Johnson at halftime, and actually played ok for a few series. But he ole'd a defensive tackle then tried to grab him from behind, negating a first down. Still, the Bengals drove to the 4 yard line and had a chance to put the game away when Price forgot the snap count, killing their touchdown chances. Finally, Price killed all hope with this amazing play, where he somehow didn't touch the guy he was supposed to block (Fletcher Cox, who was injured and unsure if he would even play in the game). Special shoutout to Bobby Hart, for also contributing to Joe Burrow's dwindling chances to be able to walk by age 30.

Congrats Billy Price, on really being a Bengal. Next up is Week Four against the Jaguars. The Jags may be worse than the Eagles, which will be a great time for the Bengals to show who they really are.

I will say this about Price - he had some really good plays, and clearly some really bad plays - but Fletcher Cox is a damned Beast. There's a reason he's on that list of All NFL DT's with Atkins.

Here's my question now - with more reps - can Price improve? He did flash some good things, and clearly flashed some bad things...but I think after not playing against any live competition in over a year that isn't a shock...When is the injured guy expected back?

They say a couple more weeks, so he's clearly done for the season.

I see they re-signed Redmond. Let's throw him out there at RG. If I recall correctly, he did block ok, but his issue was penalties - especially pre-snap penalties.

At this point I don't care if Burrow faces 2nd and 25 as long as he's not ending up on his back 50% of the dropbacks.

It would be something if they throw him out at right guard and he flames out spectacularly. He could be the third guy in a row at the same position to win.

We are now at the bargaining stage of grief.... We are actively calling for Alex Redmond. A guy that hasn't been the solution in each of the last four seasons for the Bengals. But what is sad is that I think he is much better than either Johnson or Price, so I'm all for it.

As an aside, don't you think someone should drug test Billy Price? Or maybe do a little digging to see what's going on with his life? This guy was a high school star, a versatile starter from the very beginning of his career at OSU and a unanimous All-American in his last year at OSU. I can understand him not being an all-pro - Maybe he just doesn't have the full skillset... But I see no reason why he is struggling this much. Some of that experience has to transfer to the NFL.

Punting while in opponent territory - Zac Taylor may be young, but he coaches like he's 86

Did the announcers really give Bullock credit for not missing a kick, since missing his only important kick of the season?

I thought Jackson was the corner who could cover? Pretty amazing to be off by five yards in the red zone

So, I see Redman is playing - and doing well?

If he continues to play decently - what does it say that the Bengals cut him and yet he is the best option - and maybe always ways?

He hasn't been a dumpster fire, which is a huge improvement
