After a payback, dominating win on a short week over the Patriots, we stay at home and go against the hapless New York Jets. Should be a good win because the Rams are now not letting wins go to their heads or are they? Our pattern all year has been win 2, lose one. We have won two since that disaster at home against the Whiners and this game is the third game in the triumvirate that the pattern says is a loss. I think McVay is beyond these sorts of shenanigans I believe that he has finally learned a valuable lesson: That being, you beat the people you are supposed to beat and my bet is, McVay will do it on the legs of Cam Akers and the Jumbo offense. We shall see though after the 10 day hitch to prepare.

I'm hoping that he has the mindset of not wanting to be the guy that gave them their first win on the year. I bet this was a game that Greg Williams had circled on his calendar before he got canned for the stupidity on that final play against the Raiders.

i co-sign... although gurley has been scoring TD's this season, his numbers are pretty boring and quite pedestrian. The 3 headed attack is working for the most part.

I am sure there are clauses in Goff's contract that allow him to get bonuses if completes x number of passes per game and you know McVay's infatuation with the passing game but I believe the snooperbowl loss nearly two years ago was so humiliating and lasting that McVay is willing to go the Jumbo route because he really likes the W's over the L's. I also believe that McVay has figured out that the Jumbo is nearly unbeatable against any D!

Just makes you wonder why he didn’t figure any of this out after the Bears game that year, at any time last year, and half of this season.

why he never made adjustments in the SB is baffling. Hurley was banged up, but CJ could’ve pounded the rock the rest of the game like he did against Dallas.

that’s what I don’t get. McVay went run heavy in the win over Dallas in the playoffs, but abandoned that philosophy in the SB?

We won't have Kiser, Rapp, or probably Lewis against the Jets. These three along with OKO have been the habitual injured this year. Burgess is back walking. So is Whitworth. Should be interesting to see if anyone of these are available for the playoffs.

As much as i like Lewis, it seems this guy just can't stay healthy and i believe that was the case at Alabama.

Any questionable or probable's on the injury report should sit this game out against the lowly Jets. If we can't beat them even while we are shorthanded on Defense our season is done anyway. GO RAMS!

Im hoping this game is a sackfest!!!!

Philly game in week 2 still pisses me off. Wentz was sacked 8 times week 1, then we play them ZERO sacks, and after that Wentz was getting sacked by everyone all year, still dont get it???
