Game Thread: Week 14, 2015: Lions @ Rams

Prediction?....There will probably be a lot of empty seats!
No Robert Quinn, No TJ McDonald, No Janoris Jenkins and with our pathetic offense/coaching staff and Jarod Cook starting, this one could get real ugly! We will lose! I'm not even sure if we will even get close to the red zone, FG maybe! Our defense will be gassed by the end of the 1st qtr. Could be a shutout! 24-0(Lions) maybe?? Oh well at least the beer will be cold!

After four years, Fisher has taken us from the cellar to the cellar-probably across the room and that is it! He has done little to be incredibly laughable. Thanks Stan for your hands-on approach, you bloated a-hole!

This is the type of game the Rams normally win going away. Late season meaningless against a good opponent. Fisher needs to make a statement. "See it was all coming together at the end just ran out of time." I look for him to pull out all the stops. Razzle dazzle and all those trick plays he is famous for. Fisher seems to have the ability to motivate at the right time. To save his bacon. We shall see.

The Lions lost a heartbreaker to Green Bay and our offense can't get out of their own way. Lots of fans disguised as empty seats as the Lions win by at least two touchdowns is my prediction.

I have Stafford as my backup QB fantasy QB (Luck has sucked and been injured all year) Stafford hasn't had many big games for me, but this could be huge? At the same time my fantasy players every year either get hurt or underperform.

So maybe the Rams do have a chance?

What do you mean? Razzle dazzle trick plays are a part of our game plan every week, you know at least 3 end arounds by Austin because they don't expect that! Our best trick play, send a guy out 5 yards on a 4th and 6, trick ourselves right out of the game!

I made my statement based on the past and the Rams under Fisher way. I have never really considered the end around a trick play. A misdirection yes. Could be wrong.

Was only being sarcastic Ozark, I know what you mean! It's just sad that desperate teams "have" to resort to trick plays! Yes most of Fishers trick plays involve punts, but he's used it to many times, that defenses prepare for it, like earlier in the year deep in our own territory he tried it, and it failed miserably!

Maybe they should try something along the lines that NE did with Amendola throwing a pass to Brady, only Austin could try to hit a WR?

I believe there is place for trick plays. But you have to be innovative. Fisher seems to do it as well as anyone. But he may have played all his cards don't know. And you sarcastic never!
