Was somewhat hoping to see how Rypien would move the team.

Oh well...

Finally moved the ball down and scored a TD. Not sure how it looked as I am watching ESPN gamecast, but game is tied at 7.

Seriously???

Lock has the tools to potentially be the QB going forward, and Rypien will be a backup QB. Rypien will likely be the backup going forward.

Lock was the catalyst. Couple clutch passes and a gutty scramble.

Started with a good gain by Lindsay

The back to back off starts was unimpressive. Hopefully this is the start of being able to find a way even when they get behind the chains. Happened twice on the drive but found a way.

Nice drive. Consistency. Last in too many categories.

Most give aways 22
Least drives over 5 minutes (7 drives all year)

Consistency

Defense came to play. Good time for a TD drive right now!

I don't disagree, but there are many reasons for that, and not all of them are on the QB.

The fact is this team will be better off if Lock ends up being able to play up to his talent level.

Missed opportunity right there. That Gordon run play was transparent as could be.

Yeah, not all on the QB, true. However, that was why I was curious to see if the offense moved more consistently under Rypien.

That would answer questions. Not that Rypien is the answer, but that the main problem is Lock.

Again, his passes sail too often. There are other things.

Not saying Rypien would be Brady, but if the offense moved more consistently, that would be a big answer imo.

Based on what I have seen and heard, when Lock uses good footwork he is very accurate, but when he throws without good footwork, that is when he has accuracy issues at times. Not every throw is inaccurate, but a higher percentage are.

I have seen him complete only several passes that running the 9 route (fly pattern.)

Most of them aren't close. Every once and a while he sticks it.

He is ranked 33rd in the NFL in completion percentage.

That is not all on the OL.

The deep throw is something that he has to improve on, not going to disagree with you on that one.

We were able to get a FG as the half ended to be up 13-10 at halftime, and we get the ball to start the second half. One thing we need to improve on is staying out of 3rd and long. Too many so far, but we are 3 of 8 3rd downs so it could be worse.

Decent 1st half. If Denver D can keep it up in the 2nd half and the offense can limit mistakes, we'll get the win.

I’m sorry that overthrow from Lock to Fumagali is unacceptable. There’s literally no one around and yet Lock sails the ball 15 feet over his head because he didn’t get his feet set. And there wasn’t even pressure in the pocket making him throw the ball in a hurry.

Tough call on 4th and 1 there. I like going for it, but may it stinks to not get points there.

I really, really hate when we run with the RB lined up 7 yards deep...

Need a FB to make that shit work.

This team, fully healthy would be pretty good. Dare I say a playoff team.

Von and the rest.

I don't think Fangio is a bad coach. Not great, but I do think he has a keen understanding of defense and the nuances of today's NFL.

Actually thought he had a decent game plan defensively against the Chiefs.

Anyway, the team when healthy is pretty solid imo.
