We should have most of our starters on offense back now. I can only hope Doug keeps Fulgham as the starter ahead of Jeffrey. I noticed that the predictions from the Eagles writers are nervous about this game for some reason? I realize the Giants have been playing better layely, but we have a better team and at getting healthy now.

Putting Hurts is a waste of a play

Not necessarily a knock on Hurts although he is a bit green in my opinion

But my main knock for putting Hurts in there is that it is going to be a predictable Hurts run or run in general and then Pederson throws Wentz in there as a wide out who the Giants really don't have to pay attention guarding that much and Wentz could be potentially hurt with that silly play call

I realize we are in that post-superbowl win "5 year grace period" where you shouldn't complain about your team--and i wouldn't trade our SB W for anything--but this shit is fucking trash week in and week out. Offense, Defense, ST's, coaches, bus drivers, grounds keepers whatever. All mediocre to garbage.

They all show flashes but not one aspect of this team is consistently good at ANYTHING. And it's been that way for 3 years now. Time for some changes. Even if we pull this one out, this team is terrible. And if there aren't whole sale changes we will be in the basement in 2021 in the worst division in football.

yeah I think you nailed it. Our schedule gets more difficult from here. If we can't beat the Giants, I'm not sure who this team can beat moving forward? Nobody wants to win this shit division.
on another note, Lurie should step in and out Roseman back to only working on cap and accounting duties and actually hire somebody with experience that knows how to draft. I'm starting to lose faith in Wentz. He still has not learned some of the basic fundamentals and I think losing Reich really hurt Wentz's development.

I wish that the people in charge knew this. This team is old, fragile, outcoached, etc. Until Lurie addresses the issue, we will continue to be an old, battered down, overpaid players who underachieving team. It's time to rebuild. Schwartz has to go, Howie needs to stick with accounting and hiring someone who knows what the hell they are doing. Doug needs to hire an innovative offensive mind OC. Probably wishful thinking on my part.

Agree. I'm surprised we don't see more screens on this offense. Went is getting killed on a weekly basis. Andy Reid loved using screens with Westbrook. I thought Doug was Andy 2.0? Sanders only had 15 frighten carries in this game. The problem is that this team always plays from behind, therefore Wentz throws it over 40+ times a game.
