Scheduling Notes:

*UNC vs TCU was agreed to in 2016, originally as a home and home. However in April 2025 they mutually agreed to move the game from Forth Worth TX to Dublin Ireland as part of the Aer Lingus College Football Classic.

*NC State vs. Virginia was originally scheduled to be held in Brazil, but in June was relocated back to Charlottesville VA.

*This is the first FBS season for Sacramento State and North Dakota State

*Hawaii vs. Stanford was agreed to in 2020 as part of a 4 game home and home series.

*Memphis vs. UNLV was agreed to earlier this year in January for a home and home.

I'm not even sure Montana State beating Nevada would be an upset.

I bet Illinois State and Tarleton State have a chance. Maybe SDSU. The rest I would be surprised.

Bowling Green is only a 2.5 point favorite of Tarleton State. And Tarleton State did beat Army last year. That would be my best guess. Along with Montana State over Nevada.
