No way, no how brother. Not even debatable. Go to Chestnut Hill (NW Philly), Valley Green, Carpenters woods etc. Beautiful tree lined streets filled with stone mansions and lots of old money. Camden and Trenton especially Camden are COMPLETE dumps.

You need to go to Jersey. That little gem is loaded with tough TOUGH cities. Camden, Trenton and Newark are the worst 3 cities I’ve been in my life. Most old industrial cities are pretty crappy but have their nice areas too. There isn’t a nice part of Camden.

I remember staying in Newark when I went to NYC in about '02.

There are nice parts of Detroit though. Same for Cleveland. Actually, other than hideous weather, Cleveland has become a very decent place to live in my opinion. I've been to the good suburbs of Philly and Baltimore and enjoyed downtown so it's not awful to me like New Orleans is. That place is a toilet and full of criminals and drunks. It's a filthy, smelly, expensive shithole full of people I don't want to be anywhere near.
