Way Too Long League-Lol Edition

So these dickholes changed the draft date to Labor Day. Just happens to be the same day as the first league I ever played in starting in 1992 (that's 34 years ago fer the mathematically challenged). Anywho, I guess I'll be drafting in my 2 money league drafts at the same time unless they either change the date back OR if anybody is interested in drafting in this really different league, let me know! Keeper is Kenny fer a 3rd and I do not know the draft order yet.................my guess is I end up drafting 2 really **** teams..........lol

It's gonna be REALLLLLY difficult to find anyone worth a hoot available to draft a Labor Day team for ya - - especially one with the rules/format attached to that league. ...

Right???? Take a week to explain it...............Honestly would not be so bad if we knew draft order a little before the draft. I think my plan will be to script 30 picks and try my best to keep up................by script I mean just que them...........the draft that I'll personally be at will be a little understanding and the WTL League has some folks that take fer ever..........................

Yup, great keeper auction league thats been going on since late 80s or early 90s.

We're down to the last guy over 70yrs old that's been in the league the whole time. Multiple teams have been taken over by sons or nephews or cousins of the original owners, really great group of guys

Well, let me just say it was a nightmare and the results will show it! The WTL team will probably squeak into the playoffs and **** the bed once it gets there, the other team is pretty ****. I know peeps do this now and again and do just fine, I did not. Having the owners of all 12 teams in the room drafting and trying to draft the other team on my laptop was hectic. I was marking the wrong guise on the wrong cheat sheet, drafting the wrong players in the wrong league (I'll explain that **** show). Honestly, I just made mistakes left and right. I'll get the courage to post them in a few. Funny thing is in the keeper with the drawing fer elimination, I finally drew the three, so @tlance was right. First time I've ever drawn the 3 and I screwed it up. I'll post the teams but really don't feel like explaining why I drafted who where cuz TBH I don't even know............lmao.

OK, so this is my main league. Drafted 5th, no PPR, no snake, did not have a 7th, 8th or 12th round pick (trades last year) did have 6th rounders and 2 in the last and 2nd to last rounds. Should rename this team Sam's Ravens or some ****.

The only good part was 3 picks after I took Hendo, the owner took Stevenson, looked back at me and gave me a **** eating grin. I told him Hendo outscored Stevenson in this league format by 75 points last year. He did not believe me. He looked it up. Then he believed me..........but this team still sucks. Meant to draft JWarren in the other league, not this one (well, at least where I drafted him). Missing those middle rounds really hurt, but doubt it would have been much better.

Laptop and Tablet were in use. I did better (grade wise B) with the tablet... I got a C in the laptop one but I don't put any stock into those stupid "grades" ESPN gives us

WTL draft. Drafted 9th, snake, full PPR, goes into the playoffs. Lol at QB decisions. Missed out on Puka in the 2nd, missed on Naybors in the (get this) 4th. Seriously, I forgot that Kenny was my 3rd round keeper and that messed me up a little (a lot) too. IF this team can stay healthy I think it gets in but that is a big if.

QB's started coming off the board so I went Caleb..............9th round comes around and I see Hurts sitting there and think, wow, I should just take him...........cool thing is that they both have week 10 byes. What a loser.

Main League-Up by 50, he has Sutton. 30 points off of the high score. Go Rashee Rice...........yeah right, but a decent showing with the 2nd highest score.
Way Too Long League-Won. 15 points off of the high score with Kenny and Denver D to go. If Denver D holds KC to 21 points or less that's 6 points off the bat.
Bottom Line-Still not convinced these teams are that good (WTL team I still think makes the playoffs on QB/RB strength alone) but weak ass WR will be the reason we don't do better. So, not gonna go o-fer in either league which is a relief.

Well (almost) 5 weeks in and (LOL) both teams are leading the leagues in scoring.
WTL League is 4-1 with 2 high scores.
Main Money is 3-2 with 3 high scores. Both losses were heartbreakers. Lost to the high score by less than 2 thanks to the Deebo play. Loss #2 was by 25 BUT that's the day Barkley, Lamar and Rice were all hurt.....
