well dean when you go down a certain path this happens . hopefully the new name isnt dicked up . right now i m for WFT with the W on the helmet or DC football club . i think those 2 names can link the past history a bit and get away from the NA heritage

Also, I get what Jason Wright is saying. I dont necessarily agree with it, as a “warrior” could just as easily be aligned with Veterans, or frankly anybody fighting a battle of any kind (Cancer, acceptance, etc).

None of the above says the organization took into account the fan voice. Most EVERYONE wanted WARRIORS. So, no WARRIORS. He keeps mentioning "OUR" in his message and approach to finding the new name. Who is our? The insight and support of many of you? What? Anothewards, the name is what you say it is, not what the fans want. I'm beginning to think the poll was merely to suggest the fan base has involvement, I question that now as he has come out to clearly dismiss what the fan base replied in wanting, WARRIORS!
