My prediction is that Allen would be resigned and we lose Ionman and BS. The reason we will lose BS is b/c I don't think I or the team can accept paying almost 20M per season for a OG who has injury history. As far as Ionman I would hate to lose him but that is the price we pay b/c of signing Allen long term. You can make an argument that Ionman is just as good or better than Allen and Payne.

If someone offers a 1st or 2nd round pick for BS right now I think we should take it and run.
