We competed with the champs, without an offense. We were extremely young. There is reason for optimism.

I would say we had more of an offense that night than a defense. We played zone (ok) rushed 4. We never got to TB and he picked us apart likewise L. Fournett ran all over us. JDR mentioned drafting Jamin Davis, along with a man corner like WJ3 will allow him to blitz a little more often making that opportunity a miss match up front every time. We actually did have a chance in that game like you said and had we played better that night on defense we had a solid chance to advance. Your right tho, plenty of reason for optimism.
